Ok.. so every news channel worth its byte is on the I-day band-bajao-wagon and that once- in- a-year jingoistic-cum-senti stuff seems too contrived for my liking.I think the average truck driver wears his patriotism (and his sense of H) better on those bumpers.
Nevertheless, I think the Rahman-Kanika-Bala tributes on TV are the only ones I really like watching. I like the photography especially . Or do you call it cinematography? Whatever.
Overall, I guess I'm just happy living in a country that is free and evolving and interesting. It may not be as 'great' as the other more 'developed' ones but I still like it here. It's home. Period.
